"God's Answer to False Prophets"
(Micah 3:5-8)
During this difficult time of pandemic, social unrest, economic instability, political uncertainty, and moral depravity people are looking for answers and an epidemic of false prophets has risen up to afflict and exploit the Church.  Fortunately, the Bible has already given us guidance as to who the false prophets are, how to detect them, and how to discern and welcome the true prophets and teachers who have been called by Jesus to serve His Church.

    "Your Kingdom Come!"
    (Micah 4:1-5)
One of the most encouraging messages that echos throughout the Bible is that the Kingdom of God has come into this world in the hearts and minds of genuine Christians, and that the Kingdom of God is coming to this world when Jesus returns to rule the nations with perfect justice, perfect peace, and perfect prosperity.  During these difficult times we live in today - be encouraged by this message!

    "What Does God Require?"
    (Micah 6:6-8)
Without doubt, we are living in difficult times!  It is part of human nature that when facing difficulty, people often become desperate.  Since desperate people do desperate things, desperate Christians often turn in desperation to different practices and beliefs to try to get God to make their life normal again.  In this message, we see exactly what God requires of us whether the times are difficult or not - or whether we're desperate or not.

2020-07-19 Are You Tired of God
    "Are You Tired of God?"
    (Micah 6:1-5)
As we move into a post-COVID-19 shutdown world, Barna Research Group released a study which found that one third of American Christians didn't bother to watch any online service during the shutdown.  Why?  Behind all the reasons and explanations the Bible tells us that people have grown tired of God, but God has not grown tired of His people!  Instead of giving up on following Jesus the Bible prescribes remembering all that Jesus has already done for you!

2020-07-05 Israel – The Proof of Prophecy
    "Israel: The Proof of Prophecy"
    (Micah 7:11-20)
The evidence that we are living in the End Times is unmistakable as any comparison of the news and our world with Biblical prophecy will show.  Evidence, however, can be interpreted many different ways.  This is why the Bible presents Israel (the nation and the people) as irrefutable proof that God has kept and will keep ALL of His promises and prophecies!

    "Finding Faith in Fearful Times"
    (Micah 7:1-10)
Coronavirus pandemic.  Economic disruption.  Political chaos.  Natural disasters.  Social disturbances.  Moral uncertainty.  That we are living in a time of anxiety, worry, and fear is beyond any debate - yet, the Bible gives us a prescription for finding a deeper faith in God that will carry us through the time of fear and despair to a place of victory in our hearts and minds.

    "Don't Wish - Have Faith"
    (Micah 2:6-11)
When difficult, stressful events happen - or when we see these events happening on the news we often want to "wish them away," but we can't.  However, as Christians we can have faith in God that God can use even the most unpleasant events in a most extraordinary way!  Not only to fulfill His plan for the nations of the world, but also for us!

    "When Division Brings Multiplication"
    (Acts 8:1-8) & (Acts 11:19-21)
Reopening the church to public services in the wake of the COVID-19 health crisis has been challenging as it has necessitated dividing the church into two groups meeting for two services.  In the early days of Christianity, there is a precedent where division that was caused by an unforeseen circumstance was utilized by God to produce unprecedented multiplication in the ministry of the Christian Church.

"What Will You Do with God's Alarm?"
    (Joel 2:1)
Of all the countries of the world, why has the United States suffered the most because of the COVID-19 pandemic?  Perhaps the reason is because the United States is whom to the wealthiest and most culturally influential body of Christians in the world - the American Church.  God is using our current circumstances to sound an alarm, a wake-up call to the American Church - will we listen?

    (Mark 14:12-25)

Christians throughout history and around the world celebrate four core ceremonies: gathering for worship & teaching, gathering for fellowship, gathering for prayer, and gathering for the Lord's Supper.  Of these ceremonies the Lord's Supper is the least well understood as Christians have tended to make it into something that it isn't.  In this message, we rediscover the beauty and the majesty of the Lord's Supper.
